About Andy Baggus
Prior to joining the search profession in 1996, Andy worked in general management, manufacturing, supply-chain management/ planning and operations leadership roles for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 listed businesses.
Andy works extensively in business to business markets. Particular experience has been gained in Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Engineering markets. He has recruited leadership talent in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa, India, Central and South East Asia and Australasia.
Since joining the search profession he has built practices in the following verticals – Oil and Gas, Transport and Infrastructure (including aviation, marine and rail), Construction and Building Materials, Manufacturing and Engineering, Test and Measurement and Materials and Chemicals. Andy is a science graduate from Loughborough University
